Having an emergency is a situation I have yet to encounter (knock on wood)—and an unpleasant thought for everyone involved. Should unforeseen circumstances prevent me from attending your wedding, I will arrange a replacement photographer of equivalent approach and style. I have a strong network of similar photographers.
As a photographer one of our most important work is to stay on time. I plan carefully with your wedding planner or coordinator to create a custom photo timeline for each event. Focusing on the timeline beforehand allows us to capture your wedding in the most optimal lighting conditions.
I always plan to arrive on location at least the morning prior to the wedding or the first event we’re shooting, and often several days prior for international events. This time frame allows for any travel delays, and gives us time to get acclimated to the area, including scouting the wedding and shooting locations. During scouting, we often begin taking location and “scene” shots, which help narrate the complete story of your wedding.
I believe every celebration is different and has it's own unique needs. Because of this, I quote every wedding and portrait session on an individual basis. That said, our full service creative fee starts at 8.8k. Contact me and I can send you a more specific outline of your investment once I know more about your wedding.
Once you’ve selected your date and I finalized your tailored proposal, I will prepare and send a photography contract for your review. I ask that you sign contract within about a week to ensure your date remains available. Once I receive your contract and the 25% percent photography retainer, your wedding date is officially booked! The final balance is due four weeks prior to your wedding date.
My work is focused on creating exquisite art quality products. With a passion for the details, I carefully curate and present each and every project I photograph. Turnaround times for portrait sessions is 2 weeks. Turnaround times for wedding images is 4 weeks.
